摘 要:目的获得军事飞行员双温试验的检测方法及参考常值,为飞行员水平半规管功能评价提供参考依据。方法选取95名现役歼击机健康飞行员作为受试者。均为男性,年龄22~49岁,平均(30.3±6.1)岁。采用视频眼震电图仪进行双耳交替冷热试验,记录右冷(RC)、左冷(LC)、右热(RW)、左热(LW)的单次灌注最大慢相角速度(maximal slowpha sevelocit y,MSPV),并以此计算两侧迷路兴奋性不对称比(ca nalpa resis,CP)、优势偏向比(d i re ct ional preponderance,DP)。结果 95名健康飞行员双温试验RC的MSPV平均值为(17.7±8.2)°/s,正常7.0~41.6°/s;LC的MSPV平均值为(16.9±9.1)°/s,正常6.0~42.8°/s;RW的MSPV平均值为(22.3±13.6)°/s,正常7.0~62.8°/s;LW的MSPV平均值为(22.0±13.3)°/s,正常6.4~58.4°/s;双侧2次温度刺激最小MSPV之和为11°/s,平均CP(11.2±7.2)%,正常0.4%~23.6%;平均DP(8.4±6.3)%,正常0~24.2%。结论本研究建立军事飞行员双温试验的检测方法及获得的参考常值,可作为飞行人员医学鉴定水平半规管功能的评价依据。Objective To establish a detection method for the caloric test and determine its reference value for military pilots in order to provide data for the evaluation of pilots’ horizontal semicircular canal function. Methods Ninety-?ve active duty pilots of ?ghters[males, aged 22 to 49, with a mean age(30.3±6.1)years]were selected as the subjects. A bilateral alternative cold and hot irrigation test was performed using a video nystagmus instrument to record each single maximum slow phase angular velocity(MSPV). The test started with right cold(RC), followed by left cold(LC), right warm(RW)and left warm(LW)before the CP(canal paralysis)and DP(directional preponderance)were calculated. Results The average MSPV of RC for the 95 healthy pilots was(17.7±8.2)°/s, and the normal range was 7.0-41.6°/s. The average MSPV of LC was(16.9±9.1)°/s, and the normal range was 6.0-42.8°/s. The average MSPV of RW was(22.3±13.6)°/s, and the normal range was 7.0-62.8°/s. The average MSPV of LW was(22.0±13.3)°/s, while the normal range was 6.4-58.4°/s.The sum of the minimum MSPVs of the two temperature stimuli was 11°/s. The average value of CP was(11.2±7.2)%, and the normal value was 0.4%-23.6%. The average value of DP was(8.4±6.3)%, and the normal value was 0-24.2%. Conclusion This study has established a detection method for the military pilots’ caloric test and obtained the reference value, which can be used as reference for the medical identi?cation of semi-regulatory function of ?ight personnel.
