摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭病人应用心脏运动康复治疗后心率改善情况观察。方法研究选取了2016年2月-2018年6月来石家庄市第一医院治疗的118例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。将患者分为A组与B组,各59例,其中A组采用常规治疗;B组在A组患者常规治疗的基础之上,采用心脏运动康复治疗;观察2组患者静息、运动状态下的心率、血压的变化情况以及治疗效果。结果 A组运动所测量的心率、收缩压、舒张压、心率血压乘积显著高于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者心电图疗效评价中有效、无效与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组心绞痛疗效评价中有效、无效与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者采用心脏运动康复治疗,能够提高患者心率变异性,具有一定的临床应用治疗效果。Objective To investigate the extent to which heart rate in patients with chronic heart failure is improved after cardiac exercise rehabilitation. Methods In this study, 118 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Shijiazhuang First Hospital between February 2016 and June 2018 were selected as the subjects. These patients were divided into group A and group B, with 59 cases in each. The patients in group A received the routine therapy. The patients in group B treated with cardiac exercise rehabilitation. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Results The heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and heart rate blood pressure product of patients in group A were significantly higher than those of group B(P<0.05). The difference between group A and group B was statistically signif icant(P<0.05). There was also statistically signif icant difference in the effective and ineffective rate in the evaluation of angina efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac exercise rehabilitation therapy can improve heart rate variability in patients with chronic heart failure, and has some therapeutic effect.
