摘 要:[目的]探讨医学生交往焦虑、领悟社会支持及述情障碍的现状,并分析三者关系。[方法]便利选取济南市某高等本科医学院校的在校医学生901人,采用交往焦虑量表(IAS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)进行问卷调查。[结果]医学生交往焦虑总分为(42.49±8.54)分、领悟社会支持总分为(66.39±11.50)分、述情障碍总分为(49.24±9.81)分。相关分析显示,领悟社会支持与交往焦虑及述情障碍总分呈负相关(r值分别为-0.19、-0.45,均P<0.01);交往焦虑总分与述情障碍总分呈正相关(r=0.43,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示医学生领悟社会支持可以正向预测其述情障碍水平(β值为0.33,P<0.05),交往焦虑可负向预测其述情障碍水平(β值为-0.27,均P<0.05)。[结论]医学生交往焦虑、领悟社会支持及述情障碍三者之间存在密切关系,领悟社会支持与交往焦虑是述情障碍的重要影响因素。Objective:To investigate the status quo of interaction anxiousness,perceived social support,and alexithymia of medical university students,and to analyze the relationship among them.Methods:A total of 901 medical students from a higher medical college in Jinan city were investigated,using Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and 20-Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20).Results:The medical students′score of interaction anxiety was(42.49±8.54);the score of perceived social support was(66.39±11.50);the score of alexithymia was(49.24±9.81).The correlation analysis showed that the perceived social support was negatively correlated with interaction anxiousness and alexithymia(r=-0.19/-0.45,all P<0.01),while the interaction anxiousness was positively correlated with alexithymia(r=0.43,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of perceived social support could positively predict alexithymia level,while the interaction anxiousness could predict the level of alexithymia negatively.Conclusions:There should be a close relation between interaction anxiousness,perceived social support,and alexithymia.In addition,the interaction anxiousness and perceived social support were the important influencing factors of alexithymia.
