摘　　要：通过梳理有轨电车设施的发展历程和典型案例,总结归纳有轨电车设施建设条件、用地特征;对建设技术参数进行分析,提出适宜城市发展有轨电车的建设方式和用地特点。研究相关的用地标准和建设标准,为深化推进集约化用地,建立紧凑型、节约型用地标准奠定基础,也为土地节约高效利用提供技术支撑。By combing the development process&typical cases of tram facilities,this paper summarizes the construction conditions&land use characteristics of tram facilities,analyzes the construction technical parameters,and puts forward the construction methods&land use characteristics suitable for urban development of tram.The study of relevant land use standards&construction standards will lay a foundation for deepening the promotion of intensive land use and establishing compact&economical land use standards,which provides technical support for land saving&efficient utilization.
