核酪注射液足三里穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨核酪注射液足三里穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法收集2017年12月~2019年6月就诊亳州市中医院门诊及住院支气管哮喘患者60例,依照奇偶顺序分为治疗组(n=30)、对照组(n=30)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组于常规治疗基础上予以核酪注射液足三里穴位注射治疗。比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标[1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)日变异率、1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)]、哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)评分、圣乔治调查问卷(SGRQ)评分、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平。结果治疗后治疗组FEV1、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,PEF日变异率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组ACT评分高于对照组,血清IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组SGRQ症状、活动度、影响度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论核酪注射液足三里穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,能有效控制病情,改善肺功能及免疫功能,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zusanli Acupoint Injection of Nucleotide and Casein Injection on the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma in the outpatient department and hospitalized in Bozhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the oddeven sequence.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given Zusanli Acupoint Injection of Nucleotide and Casein Injection on the basis of conventional treatment.Compared the lung function indexes before and after treatment in both groups[1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),expiratory peak flow rate(PEF)mutation rate,1 second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)],asthma control test scale(ACT)score,St.George's Questionnaire(SGRQ)score,serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels.Results After treatment,the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.The PEF mutation rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SGRQ symptoms,activity and influence scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Zusanli Acupoint Injection of Nucleotide and Casein Injection in the treatment of bronchial asthma is effective,which can effectively control the disease,improve lung function and immune function,and improve the quality of life.
