摘　　要：目的探讨电针穴位联合盆底肌肉训练对产后尿潴留治疗的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月成都市第五人民医院诊治的138例分娩后尿潴留患者作为研究对象。按是否行电针及盆底肌肉训练,分为电针+盆底肌肉训练组(46例)、盆底肌肉训练组(45例)和对照组(47例),对照组仅保留尿管。比较三组患者产后尿潴留治疗效果差异。结果治疗3天后比较,电针及盆底肌肉训练组自主排尿率为97.8%,高于盆底肌肉训练组(93.3%)及对照组(80.9%),三组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=18.041,P<0.05);三组治愈率(F=29.511)、有效率(F=6.202)及治疗后膀胱残余尿量(F=4.377)比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针穴位联合盆底肌肉训练可有效治疗PPUR,有利于产后膀胱功能恢复。Objective To explore the effectiveness of electroacupuncture acupoint combined with pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum urinary retention(PPUR). Methods 138 patients with postpartum urinary retention in Chengdu Fifth People′s Hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected and according to whether electroacupuncture point and pelvic floor muscle training was performed or not, they were divided into electroacupuncture and pelvic floor muscle training group(n=46), pelvic floor muscle training group(n=45) and control group(n=47), and the control group only retained the urinary catheter. The treatment effects in the three groups were compared. Results After 3 days of treatment, the spontaneous urination rate of the electroacupuncture and pelvic floor muscle training group was 97.8%, which was higher than that of the pelvic floor muscle training group(93.3%) and the control group(80.9%), with statistically significant differences among the three groups(χ~2= 18.041, P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the cure rate(F=29.511, P<0.05), effective rate(F=6.202, P<0.05) and bladder residual urine volume(F=4.377, P<0.05) among the three groups after treatment. Conclusions Electroacupuncture acupoint combined with pelvic floor muscle training can effectively treat PPUR, which is conducive to postpartum bladder function recovery.
