高校基层院系辅导员压力来源和职业倦怠情况的调查与思考

摘　　要：职业倦怠是一种易在助人行业中出现的情绪耗竭的症状,本文通过调查和访谈,分析高校基层院系辅导员职业倦怠的现状与表现,努力寻找基层院系辅导员的压力来源与倦怠起因,并结合辅导员应对压力和倦怠的实际需要及成长发展的需求,探索思考高校基层院系辅导员的可持续发展。Burnout is a symptom of emotional exhaustion that is easy to appear in the helper industry.The author analyzes the current situation and specific performance of college Counselors'burnout,through investigations and interviews.The author try to find the source of work pressure and the cause of burnout in grassroots department counselors.The author try to think about the sustainable development of college grassroots faculty counselors under the needs of growing and development.
