摘　　要：毕业实习是本科人才培养中的一项重要实践教学任务,但是其在人才培养中的重要作用并没有完全发挥出来。以学生的职业发展为导向,对毕业实习提出新的要求、丰富任务内容、完善评价体系、增加职业生涯规划和再学习环节,能够帮助学生顺利迈出职业生涯第一步,开拓职业生涯前景,从而更好地实现高校人才培养目标。Graduation practice is an important practical teaching mission in undergraduate personnel training,but its important role in talents training is not fully played out.Under the orientation of the career development of students,putting forward new requirements for graduation practice,enriching the contents of the task,perfecting the evaluation system,increasing career planning and relearning can help students take the first step in his career smoothly,and develop their career prospects,so as to better realize the talents training goal of colleges and universities.
