摘　　要：目的:探讨提高医疗质量与患者安全的团队策略和工具包(TeamSTEPPS)模式在心内科护理人员安全管理中的应用效果。方法:选取某三甲医院心内科45名护理人员作为研究对象,2018年11月1日~2019年4月30日实施常规培训,2019年5月1日~10月31日在常规培训基础上增加TeamSTEPPS培训模式;比较培训前后护理人员的安全态度[采用中文版安全态度量表(SAQ)]、不良事件上报认知态度(采用中文版临床护理不良事件上报态度量表)和不良事件发生率。结果:培训后护理人员SAQ评分、不良事件上报认知态度和不良事件发生率均优于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:对心内科护理人员实施TeamSTEPPS课程培训,能够提高护理人员的安全意识,改善护理安全管理水平,降低护理不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of team strategy and tool kit(TeamSTEPPS)on improving medical quality and patient safety in nurses safety management in cardiology department.Methods:A total of 45 nurses in the cardiology department of a first-class tertiary hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine training was conducted from November 1,2018 to April 30,2019,and TeamSTEPPS training mode was added on the basis of routine training from May 1,2019 to October 31,2019.Before and after the training,the safety attitude of nursing staff(SAQ),the cognitive attitude of adverse event reporting(using Chinese version of clinical nursing adverse event reporting attitude scale)and the incidence of adverse event were compared.Results:After training,SAQ score,cognitive attitude of adverse event reporting and incidence of adverse event were better than before training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of TeamSTEPPS course training for nurses in the department of cardiology can improve nurses′safety awareness,promote nursing safety management level,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
