消化内镜消毒时邻苯二甲醛的消毒效果分析

摘  要:目的:分析邻苯二甲醛应用于消化内镜消毒时的实际效果。方法:从我院行消化内镜检查的患者中挑选出60例定为分析对象,时间控制:2017年2月至2018年2月。按照“随机数字表法”实现每一组的均匀分配,参照组(n=30例)选择戊二醛浸泡消毒消化内镜,分析组(n=30例)选择邻苯二甲醛浸泡消毒消化内镜,完毕后统计细菌数量以及杀菌率。结果:分析组消毒后菌群数量0低于参照组(121±29)(P值<0.05);在相同浓度的情况下,黑色变种枯草芽胞进行作用1h后杀菌率是96.67%、进行作用1.5h后杀菌率是100.00%。针对其他球菌进行作用1min后杀菌率也是96.67%,但3min及以后均为100.00%。结论:相较戊二醛的消毒效果,邻苯二甲醛的消毒效果更优。Objective: To analyze the actual effect of phthalaldehyde on digestive endoscopy disinfection. Methods: 60 cases of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy in our hospital were selected as the analysis objects, and the time was controlled from February 2017 to February 2018. According to the “random number table method” to achieve even distribution in each group, the reference group(n=30 cases) chose glutaraldehyde soaking disinfection digestive endoscopy. In the analysis group(n=30 cases), phthalate was soaked to sterilize digestive endoscopy, the number of bacteria and the bactericidal rate were counted. Results: The number of bacteria in the analysis group was 0 lower than that in the control group (121±29)(P<0.05). At the same concentration, the fungicidal rate of subtilis nobilis was 96.67% after 1 hour of action and 100.00% after 1.5 hours of action. The fungicidal rate was 96.67% after 1min of action against other cocci, but it was 100.00% after 3 min. Conclusion: The disinfection effect of phthalate is better than that of glutaraldehyde.
