心理护理干预在静滴催产素孕妇中的开展价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预在静滴催产素孕妇中的开展价值。方法:选取我院接收的引产产妇52例,随机分为参照组和观察组。参照组实施常规护理,观察组在参照组基础上加强心理护理干预。对比两组产妇引产时间、出血量、阴道分娩率、护理满意度,统计两组产妇护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果:观察组产妇的引产时间短于参照组,出血量少于参照组,且阴道分娩率高于参照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);护理前两组产妇的HAMA、HAMD评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组产妇的HAMA、HAMD评分均低于参照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(100%)高于参照组(76.92%),对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预在静滴催产素孕妇中的开展效果显著,临床推广价值高。Objective:To explore the value of psychological nursing intervention in pregnant women with intravenous oxytocin.Methods:52 cases of induced labor in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into reference group and observation group.The reference group implemented routine care,and the observation group strengthened psychological nursing intervention based on the reference group.The maternal induction time,blood loss,vaginal delivery rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The HAMA and HAMD scores before and after maternal care were compared.Results:The induction time of the women in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group.The bleeding volume of the women in the observation group was less than that in the reference group,and the vaginal delivery rate of the women in the observation group was higher than that of the reference group.Before nursing,There were no significant differences in the HAMA and HMD scores of the mothers in the group(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the women in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(100%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.92%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention has a significant effect on the development of pregnant women with intravenous oxytocin,and the clinical promotion value is high.
