祛痰合剂加减在小儿反复咳嗽咳痰中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察祛痰合剂加减在小儿反复咳嗽咳痰中的临床应用。方法:选取在我院治疗的反复咳嗽咳痰患儿60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,30例/组。对照组给予氨溴索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予祛痰合剂加减方治疗。比较两组治疗有效率比较两组治疗前后血浆白细胞数量、中性粒细胞数量在白细胞总数中所占的比例(中性粒细胞比率)、C-反应蛋白含量;比较两组治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞数量、中性粒细胞比率、C-反应蛋白含量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用祛痰合剂加减治疗小儿反复咳嗽咳痰,能改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To observe clinical application of modified expectorant mixture in children with repeated cough and expectoration.Methods:60 children with recurrent cough and expectoration were enrolled as study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol.On this basis,observation group was given modified expectorant mixture.The response rate of treatment was compared between the two groups.The plasma leucocyte count,ratio of neutrophil count to total leucocyte count(neutrophil ratio)and content of C-reactive protein before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(96.67%vs 70.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,leucocyte count,rneutrophil ratio and content of C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group during treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified expectorant mixture in children with repeated cough and expectoration can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation reactions.
