护理干预对厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压临床效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:在原发性高血压患者采取厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗期间实施护理干预,并对其临床效果进行观察和分析。方法:选取56例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,所有患者均予以厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片口服治疗,参照组治疗期间予以常规护理,实验组治疗期间实施护理干预措施,对比护理效果。结果:实验组患者心悸、头痛、眩晕以及呕吐恶心等不良反应总发生率显著低于参照组,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前生活质量、负面情绪评分以及血压水平均无明显差异,P>0.05;护理干预后实验组患者Barthel指数评分明显高于参照组,P<0.05;实验组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分明显低于参照组,P<0.05;实验组患者平均动脉压(MAP)、收缩压(SBP)以及SBP水平均明显低于优于参照组,P<0.05。结论:在厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压期间对患者实施护理干预,效果显著。Objective:Nursing intervention was carried out during the treatment of primary hypertension patients with irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets,and its clinical effect was observed and analyzed.Methods:56 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were treated with oral administration of Irbesartan combined with Nifedipine controlled release tablets,control group during treatment with routine nursing,the experimental group nursing intervention measures during the treatment,nursing effect of two groups of patients with statistics and comparison.Results:The total incidence of adverse reactions including palpitation,headache,vertigo,vomiting and nausea in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life,negative mood score and blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,Barthel index score of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).HAMD and HAMA scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).MAP,DBP and SBP levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets during primary hypertension has significant effects.
