比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法:选取于本院治疗的充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者60例随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,对照组给予比索洛尔治疗,观察组给予比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗有效率83.33%高于对照组的56.67%(P<0.05);治疗组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、平均心率(HR)低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后C-反应蛋白(CRP)、BNP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗充血性心力衰竭临床疗效显著,可有效改善心肌功能,降低炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bisoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:Sixty patients with congestive heart failure(CHF)were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 and a control group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol,and the observation group was treated with bisoprolol and trimetazidine.Treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results:The treatment effective rate of the patients in the treatment group(83.33%)was higher than that in the control group(56.67%)(P<0.05).Heart rate(HR)was lower than control group,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than control group(P<0.05);C-reactive protein(CRP)and BNP levels in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05));There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusions:Bisoprolol combined with trimetazidine has a significant clinical effect in treating congestive heart failure,which can effectively improve myocardial function and reduce inflammatory response.
