祛瘀活血止痛方联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效及预后生殖状态研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛瘀活血止痛方联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效及预后生殖状况。方法:选取我院收治的异位妊娠患者68例,随机分成对照组和观察组,均为34例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组接受祛瘀活血止痛方联合米非司酮保守治疗,比较两组治疗效果、生殖状态。结果:观察组治疗总有效率91.18%(31/34)高于对照组70.59%(24/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平、血孕酮水平、包块大小均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛瘀活血止痛方结合米非司酮保守治疗可有效改善异位妊娠的治疗效果,调节生殖状态,减少不良反应发生,安全性较高。Objective:To study the efficacy and reproductive prognosis of Quyu Huoxue Zhitong formula and mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods:68 patients with EP in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Control group took routine therapy,and observation group was treated with Quyu Huoxue Zhitong formula and mifepristone.The curative effects and reproductive state were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group[91.18%(31/34)]was higher than that of control group[70.59%(24/34)](P<0.05);The serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),blood progesterone and size of mass in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Quyu Huoxue Zhitong formula and mifepristone in treatment of EP can improve curative effects,regulate reproductive state,and reduce adverse reactions,which has higher safety.
