小剂量多巴胺联合托拉塞米泵入治疗糖尿病肾病严重水肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究小剂量多巴胺联合托拉塞米泵入治疗糖尿病肾病严重水肿的临床效果。方法:抽取60例糖尿病肾病严重水肿患者随机分为常规组和研究组,各30例。常规组采用利尿剂治疗,研究组采用小剂量多巴胺联合托拉塞米泵入进行治疗。治疗1周后观察效果。结果:研究组尿量与常规组相比要多,血肌酐、血钠、尿素氮等指标与常规组相比要低,血钾、脑钠肽、心包积液量、胸腔积液量与常规组相比要高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量多巴胺联合托拉塞米泵入治疗糖尿病肾病严重水肿患者具有显著效果,能够有效控制其血钾及肾功能等各指标,并减少不良反应对患者造成的影响。Objective:To study the clinical effect of low-dose dopamine combined with torasemide pump in the treatment of severe edema of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 cases of diabetic nephropathy with severe edema were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with diuretics,while the study group was treated with low dose dopamine and torasemide.The effect was observed one week after treatment.Results:Compared with the routine group,the urine volume of the patients in the study group was more,the indexes of blood creatinine,blood sodium and urea nitrogen were lower,the blood potassium,brain natriuretic peptide,pericardial effusion and pleural effusion were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Low dose dopamine combined with tolasemide pump has significant effect in the treatment of severe edema of diabetic nephropathy.It can effectively control the blood potassium and renal function,and reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients.
