产后使用缩宫素在产妇产后止血和催乳中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨产后使用缩宫素在产妇产后止血和催乳中的效果。方法:选取我院2017年3月至2019年2月收治的52例产妇,随机纳入对照组26例、观察组26例。对照组使用产前3d婴儿吸吮鼓励,观察组在对照组的基础上使用缩宫素,比较两组产后生命体征、产后止血情况、催乳情况。结果:观察组产妇产后生命体征优于对照组,组间数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后止血情况优于对照组,组间数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组催乳效果略优于对照组,组间数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于产妇正常分娩条件下,产后合理使用缩宫素,不仅可减少产后出血量,还可改善其催乳情况。Objective:To explore the effect of oxytocin on postpartum hemostasis and lactation.Methods:A total of 52 women who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were randomly selected into 26 cases in the control group and 26 cases in the observation group.The control group used antenatal 3d baby sucking encouragement,the observation group used oxytocin on the basis of the control group,and compared the two groups’postpartum vital signs,postpartum hemostasis,and lactation.Results:The postpartum vital signs of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum hemostasis of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The lactation effect in the observation group was slightly better than that in the control group,and the data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Rational use of oxytocin after delivery can not only reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,but also improve the condition of lactation.
