摘  要:针对电力公司在小型基建工地施工过程中存在的安全问题和管理需要,构建一套基于C/S模式带安全帽识别和人脸识别考勤功能的远程视频监控系统。首先通过人脸抓拍相机对施工现场的施工人员进行抓拍,再调用虹软离线人脸检测接口进行人脸检测,根据检测结果将安全帽的潜在区域剪裁出来,然后对该区域图像进行RGB像素点遍历,对比视觉黄色和视觉红色的RGB范围对是否有安全帽进行判断,进而实现对施工人员未带安全帽进行报警,并且会通过调用离线人脸特征提取接口和人脸比对接口进行人脸识别,对工地相关负责人进行定期打卡。可实现工地员工未戴安全帽报警、远程视频监控,和工地负责人人脸识别考勤功能。In view of the safety problems and management needs in the construction process of small-scale infrastructure construction site,constructs a remote video monitoring system based on C/S mode with helmet recognition and face recognition attendance function.Firstly,the con⁃struction personnel at the construction site are photographed by the face capture camera,and then the ArcSoft offline face detection inter⁃face is used for face detection.According to the detection results,the potential area of the safety helmet is cut out,and then the image of the area is traversed by RGB pixel points,and the safety helmet is judged by comparing the RGB range of visual yellow and visual red,so as to realize the construction The personnel did not wear safety helmet to alarm,and would call the ArcSoft offline face feature extraction inter⁃face and face comparison interface for face recognition,and punch in the relevant person in charge of the construction site regularly.It can realize the functions of alarm without safety helmet,remote video monitoring,and face recognition and attendance of the person in charge of the construction site.
