摘　　要：文章以“亚太命运共同体”理念为指导,提出亚太经合组织(APEC)应该建立“包容发展的亚太经济共同体”这一新理念,即突出包容性和发展取向的区域经济共同体。其内容包括亚太自由贸易区(FTAAP)、经济技术合作、区域互联互通和区域公共产品,通过“共商、共建、共享”等原则来实现。Under the concept of Asia-Pacific community of shared future,this paper analyzes the origin and development of Asia-Pacific economic community.It then proposes that Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC)should establish a new concept of"inclusive development Asia-Pacific economic community".By highlighting the inclusiveness and development of the regional economic community,the new concept includes such contents as the Free Trade Area of the Asia Pacific(FTAAP),economic and technical cooperation,regional connectivity and regional public goods.These are to be achieved through the principles of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits.
