摘  要:目的对比不同风险评估方法对铅锌矿开采企业职业健康风险评估的结果,并进行适用性分析。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取3家铅锌矿开采企业,应用定性风险评估方法和3种半定量风险评估方法对矽尘、铅尘作业岗位进行评估,使用多个相关样本秩和检验对4种风险评估方法的结果进行比较。结果接触指数法与综合指数法一致性极好(Kappa=0.85,P=0.000),其余各方法之间一致性差。定性评估方法得到的所有岗位职业健康风险等级均是最高的。触指比值法评估结果受E/OEL影响较大。结论在能够获得工作场所职业病危害因素检测结果和OEL时,优先采用综合指数法进行评估。Objective To compare the application of different assessment methods on occupational health risk in lead-zinc mining enterprises,and to conduct applicability analysis.Methods The convenient sampling method was used,three lead-zinc mining enterprises were selected as research subjects.Qualitative risk assessment method and semi quantitative risk assessment method were used to assess the occupational health risk level of silicon dust and lead dust,the evaluation results of four assessment methods were compared by using multiple correlated sample tests.Results The contact index method was in good agreement with the comprehensive index method(kappa=0.85,P=0.000),the consistency of other methods was poor.The occupational health risk level of all posts obtained by qualitative assessment method was the highest.The evaluation results of touch index ratio method were greatly influenced by E/OEL.Conclusion When the detection results and OEL of occupational hazards in workplace can be obtained,the comprehensive index method is preferred to be used in occupational health risk assessment of lead and zinc mining enterprises.
