摘 要:近年来,由于抗生素不合理使用造成给水管网中抗生素污染成为普遍现象,在抗生素长期选择压力下,给水管网中出现抗生素抗性菌(Antibiotic resistance bacterial,ARB)和抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs),这类新型污染物得到人们普遍关注。抗生素抗性菌和抗生素抗性基因还会造成细菌对消毒剂敏感性降低,使给水管网中耐氯菌普遍存在。文章结合国内外文献,对给水管网中抗生素含量、ARB和ARGs分布、耐氯菌特征以及抗生素抗性和消毒剂抗性的关系进行综述,为保障给水管网微生物安全提供参考。In recent years,the contamination of antibiotics in drinking water distribution system has become a common phenomenon with the abuse of antibiotics Under the pressure of long-term antibiotic selection,there are antibiotic resistance bacterial and antibiotic resistance genes in drinking water distribution system and this new type of pollutant has been widely concerned.Antibiotic resistance bacterial and antibiotic resistance genes also reduce the susceptibility of bacterial to disinfectants,so that chlorine-resistant bacteria are common in the water supply network.This paper summarize the content of antibiotics,the distribution of ARB and ARGs,the characteristics of chlorine-resistant bacteria and the relationship between antibiotic resistance and disinfectant resistance in drinking water distribution system with domestic and foreign literatures,which provides reference for the biological safety of drinking water.
