摘  要:针对气化煤灰熔点较低煤活性差,炉体内壁挂渣效果较差,煤炭燃烧不充分,渣含碳量较高等问题,文章对气化用煤煤质进行了分析,并决定选用酸性氧化物SiO2和Al2O3含量较高、灰熔点均较高(FT>1500℃)的三矿和五矿煤矸石作为阻熔剂,按照一定比例与气化用煤混合,提高进气化炉煤粉的灰熔点。在反复试验过程中,采取95:5的配比方案后得到上述试验结果,可将巴彦高勒末原煤的灰熔点由1180℃提高至1270℃,增幅为90℃,满足了世林化工航天煤粉加压气化炉的运行需要。Based on coal gasification and ash melting point lower activity,inside the furnace wall hanging slag effect is poorer,inadequate burning coal,slag carbon content is high,the gasification coal for the coal quality analysis,and decided to choose the acidic oxides SiO2 and Al2O3 content is higher,high ash melting point are(>1500℃)of the three mines and ore and coal gangue as resistance flux according to certain proportion and gasification and coal blending,improving into gasifier pulverized coal ash melting point.In the process of repeated tests,the above test results were obtained by adopting the 95:5 ratio scheme,which can increase the ash melting point of bayangol end raw coal from 1180℃to 1270℃,with an increase of 90℃,meeting the operation needs of silin chemical aerospace pulverized coal pressurized gasifier.
