摘　　要：随着我国社会主义现代化建设步伐的迈进和体育事业建设进程的加快,民族传统体育作为我国体育事业的重要组成部分,继承和发展问题较为突出。如何更好地继承几千年流传的优秀民族传统体育,吸收民族传统体育的精髓,使民族传统体育的发展有机地融入到我国的社会主义建设中来,为中华民族复兴作出自己的贡献,是一个值得认真思考的课题。With the pace of China’s socialist modernization and the acceleration of the process of sports construction,traditional national sports as an important part of China’s sports cause, inheritance and development problems are more prominent. How to better inherit the excellent traditional national sports spread over thousands of years, absorb the essence of traditional national sports, make the development of traditional national sports organically integrated into China’s socialist construction, for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to make their own contribution is a subject worth serious thinking.
