吴山教授手法治疗颈型颈椎病经验浅析

摘　　要：从重视古今循证基础与临床证据,强调鉴别诊断及手法操作入手,通过典型病例探讨吴山教授手法治疗颈型颈椎病的经验,指出颈型颈椎病为所有分型颈椎病中的早期共同表现,早期治疗治愈率高,正骨手法在保守治疗中疗效突出,结合中药内外兼治,效果尤其明显;在对颈型颈椎病的手法治疗过程中,应当做到规范诊疗、鉴别诊断,保证安全性,同时应重视指导患者锻炼以及日常生活宜忌等注意事项。Professor Wu Shan's experience of treating neck type cervical spondylosis with manipulation was discussed from typical medical cases based on emphasizing modern and ancient theoretical basis and clinical evidence,differentiation diagnosis and manipulation,it was pointed out that neck type cervical spondylosis as the early performance of all types of cervical spondylosis,it shows a higher cure rate in the early treatment,bonesetting manipulation demonstrated prominent effects in the expectant treatment,the effects are more notable when the manipulation was combined with herbs.During the course,the diagnosis an treatment should be standardized,the diagnosis differentiated and the safety ensured,simultaneously,guiding the patients to exercise and the taboo of dai ly life should be valued.
