术后家庭支持康复在全髋关节置换术后中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨术后家庭支持康复在全競关节置换术后的应用价值。方法:选择80例全骯关节置换术患者,按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组2组,毎组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施术后家庭支持康复,对所有患者随访1年,随访方式为电话或门诊随访。比较2组护理前后骯关节Harris评分,术后恢复情况及随访期间出现的相关并发症。结果:护理干预后,观察组窥关节Harris评分明显高于干预前后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后卧床时间少于对照组(P<0.05),总住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05),术后使用助步器时间少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组随访期间发生深静脉血栓、关节脱位及关节挛缩的总比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对全骯关节置换术后实施家属参与术后康复,可显著提高手术治疗效果,改善髓关节功能,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the value of family support rehabilitation in after total hip joint replacement.Methods:All 80 patients with total hip joint replacement were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received postoperative family support rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.All the patients were followed up for one year.Follow-up was conducted by telephone or outpatient follow-up.The changes of Harris score,postoperative recovery and related complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing intervention,the Harris score of the hip joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group before and after intervent ion(P<0.05),the time of bed rest in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total hospitalization time was less than that in the control group(JP<0.05),and the time of using pacemaker was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total ratio of deep venous thrombosis,joint dislocation and joint contracture was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Con-Conclusion:Family members participating in postoperative rehabilitation after total hip joint replacement can significantly improve the surgical treatment effect,improve hip function and reduce complications.
