摘  要:研究锂亚硫酰氯(Li/SOCl2)电池经过可靠性实验前后的容量变化和低频噪声检测情况。自放电严重的电池,容量变化率达到-9. 88%,在低频噪声检测中反映为1 Hz频率下电压噪声功率谱密度幅值增长3个数量级,而自放电轻的电池,容量变化率在-5%以内,电压噪声功率谱密度降低1~4个数量级。低频噪声检测可用来判断Li/SOCl2电池的性能。The capacity change and low-frequency noise detection of lithium sulfite chloride( Li/SOCl2) battery before and after reliability test were studied. The capacity change rate of battery with serious self-discharge could reach-9. 88%. In low-frequency noise detection,the power spectral density of voltage noise increased to three orders of magnitude at 1 Hz frequency,while the capacity change rate of battery with light self-discharge was-5%. The power spectral density of voltage noise was reduced by 1-4 orders of magnitude. Low frequency noise detection could be used to judge the performance of Li/SOCl2 battery.
