糖尿病足部感染患者病原菌检验及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病足部感染病人耐药性以及病原菌检验。方法该院2018年6月-2019年6月诊疗的180例糖尿病足感染患者作为该次入选对象,检验其足部感染的病原菌种类,并分析其耐药性。结果 180例DFI患者中有150株病原菌。其中G+菌70(46.67%)株,G-菌54株(36.00%),真菌26株(17.33%)。G+菌中,以粪肠球菌和金葡菌较常见;G-菌中,以铜绿假单胞菌及大肠埃希菌较常见;真菌中,较常见的病原菌为白假丝酵母菌;G+菌对诺氟沙星、万古霉素、苯唑西林及环丙沙星的敏感性高,对头孢曲松、加替沙星、红霉素、青霉素以及氨苄青霉素的敏感性低;G-菌对亚胺培南、丁胺卡那霉素及头孢泊肟的敏感性高,对于氨苄青霉素、青霉素及环丙沙星的敏感性低。结论糖尿病足部感染病人感染的病菌有较多种类,且存在普遍耐药现象,应按照临床药敏结果合理选用抗菌药,可以有效地控制感染,减少耐药菌的出现。Objective To analyze the drug resistance and pathogen test in patients with diabetic foot infection. Methods A total of 180 patients with diabetic foot infection who came to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled as subjects of this disease. The pathogens of the foot infection were examined and their drug resistance was analyzed. Results there were 150 strains of pathogenic bacteria in 180 patients with DFI. Among them, G+bacteria 70(46.67%), Gbacteria 54(36.00%), fungi 26(17.33%). Among G+bacteria, Enterococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus aureus were more common, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli were more common in G-bacteria, and candida albicans was the more common pathogen in fungi. G+bacteria were highly sensitive to norfloxacin, vancomycin, oxacillin and ciprofloxacin,but low to ceftriaxone, gatifloxacin, erythromycin, penicillin and ampicillin, Pinan, butamine kanamycin and cephaloxime are highly sensitive, and less sensitive to ampicillin, penicillin and ciprofloxacin. Conclusion There are many types of pathogens in patients with diabetic foot infection, and there is widespread drug resistance. Antibiotics should be selected rationally according to the results of clinical drug susceptibility, which can effectively control infection and reduce the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.
