中药配合足反射疗法治疗面肌痉挛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究分析中药配合足反射疗法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法随机择取2018年6月-2019年6月于该院收治的98例面肌痉挛患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方案将患者分组,对照组(49例)与观察组(49例)分别应用西医疗法(局部注射A型肉毒毒素)与中药配合足反射疗法治疗,治疗1个疗程(14 d)后比较两组的面部痉挛强度分级、临床有效率。结果两组治疗前的面部痉挛强度分级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗1个疗程后,观察组的面部痉挛强度分级显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床有效率%大于对照组的有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部痉挛患者应用中药、足反射疗法治疗,效果显著,值得在临床中大力推广。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with foot reflex therapy on facial spasm. Methods Random will pick in June 2018 to June 2019 treated in our hospital 98 cases of patients with facial spasm as the research object, according to the different treatments to patients group and control group(49 cases) and observation group(49 cases), respectively, using western medicine therapy(local injection of botulinum toxin A) cooperate with Chinese medicine foot reflexology therapy, treatment 1 treatment course(14 days) after the comparison of two groups of facial spasm intensity classification, clinical effective. Results There was no difference in intensity grading of facial spasm between the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically siginifican(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment, the intensity grading of facial spasm in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically siginifican(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically siginificant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine and foot reflexology in the treatment of facial spasm patients has a remarkable effect, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
