足部按摩法在痔疮康复治疗中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的观察中医足部按摩康复治疗应用于痔疮病人的价值,为临床提供参考。方法选取该院肛肠科2018年1-12月确诊的98例痔疮患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在上述基础上加用中医足部按摩康复治疗措施,观察两组患者痔疮的复发情况及足部按摩康复治疗质量差异。结果观察组患者痔疮的复发率为2.04%,显著低于对照组痔疮的复发率18.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者康复治疗质量评分为(97.22±2.42)分,显著高于对照组(78.23±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医足部按摩康复治疗对痔疮患者来说是一大福音,该康复护理措施可以充分发挥中医理论在该领域的护理优势,有效结合其他治疗手段促进痔疮的康复治疗,减少痔疮的复发率,提高患者在康复治疗中的舒适感。Objective To observe the value of traditional Chinese medicine foot massage rehabilitation therapy in patients with acne, and to provide reference for clinical. Methods 98 patients with acne diagnosed in anorectal department of our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used routine nursing measures. The observation group added the traditional Chinese medicine foot massage rehabilitation treatment to observe the recurrence of hemorrhoids in the two groups. The difference in quality of foot massage rehabilitation treatment. Results The recurrence rate of acne in the observation group was 2.04%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, which was 18.37%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of rehabilitation treat ment in the observation group was(97.22±2.42)points. Significantly higher than the control group of(78.23±3.21)points,the difference was significant, statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine foot massage is a great boon for patients with acne. The rehabilitation nursing measures can give full play to the nursing advantages of traditional Chinese medicine theory in this field, effectively combine other treatments to promote the rehabilitation of acne and reduce the recurrence rate of acne. To improve the patient’s comfort in rehabilitation.
