体位护理联合弹力袜在预防下肢静脉曲张术后静脉血栓中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的对体位护理联合弹力袜在下肢静脉曲张术后静脉血栓预防中的效果进行观察。方法选取2017年11月-2019年7月间收治的80例患者,对照组采用体位护理的方案,观察组加以弹力袜进行护理,对比护理效果。结果在观察组患者进行体位护理联合弹力袜护理之后,患者的活化部分凝血活酶时间以及凝血酶原时间均要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而从下肢静脉血栓发生率来看,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在当前对下肢静脉曲张患者进行手术之后,通过为患者提供体位护理联合弹力袜护理的方式,能够有效地预防静脉血栓的发生概率,同时改善患者的恢复效果,实现患者满意度的提升,临床推广价值较高。Objective To observe the effect of postural nursing combined with elastic socks in preventing venous thrombosis after varicose veins surgery of lower extremities. Methods 80 patients were selected from November 2017 to July2019. The control group was given body position nursing, while the observation group was given elastic socks for nursing,and the nursing effect was compared. Results After body position nursing combined with elastic socks nursing, the activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After the current operation on varicose veins of lower extremities, the combination of body position nursing and elastic socks nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of venous thrombosis, improve the recovery effect of patients, improve patient satisfaction, and have high clinical value.
