摘 要:根据中国石油某石化硫磺回收联合装置存在一、二级反应器入口温度过高、吸收塔胺溶液循环量偏大等情况,采用VMGSim流程模拟软件对其进行建模,开展了对一、二级反应器入口温度、冷凝器操作温度、贫胺液循环量等操作参数变化对克劳斯总回收率和H2S回收量影响的分析。通过优化分析提出了相应的解决措施,可为装置带来约448万元/年的经济效益。Since the inlet temperatures of the primary and secondary reactors are too high, the amount of amine solution in the absorption tower is too large etc., the sulfur recovery unit(SRU) is simulated by VMGSim. The effects of five operating parameters on the total recovery of SRU and the recovery of H2S are analyzed, including inlet temperatures of the primary and secondary reactors, operating temperature of the condenser, amount of the lean amine circulation. Through optimization analysis and propose the corresponding measures, probably bringing about 4.48 million yuan in annual economic benefits.
