摘 要:针对目前FDM打印机打印切片轮廓封闭曲线多的模型耗时长、打印效率低的特点,提出采用改进鲸鱼算法合理规划各轮廓的打印顺序。针对普通鲸鱼算法易陷入局部最优、搜索速度慢等缺点,将增大鲸鱼优化算法的后期搜索概率以及在算法进入猎杀步骤时进一步对其前一时刻适应度与当前适应度进行对比细分来改进传统的鲸鱼优化算法。仿真结果表明,与传统鲸鱼优化算法解决轮廓路径优化问题相比,改进鲸鱼算法搜索效率高、获取全局最优解能力更强。In view of the time consuming and low printing efficiency of the current FDM printer model with multiple closed curve of section contour, this paper proposes to reasonably plan the printing sequence of each contour by using the improved whale algorithm.In view of the disadvantages of common whale algorithm, such as easy to fall into local optimum and slow search speed, this paper will increase the late search probability of whale optimization algorithm and further subdivide its previous moment fitness and current fitness when the algorithm enters the hunting step to improve the traditional whale optimization algorithm. Simulation results show that compared with whale optimization algorithm, the improved whale algorithm has higher search efficiency and better ability to obtain global optimal solution.
