摘　　要：马克思在《雇佣劳动与资本》中以资本和劳动的关系为"轴心",用历史唯物主义方法科学分析了资本与雇佣劳动的对立关系,深刻剖析了资本主义劳动社会关系的本质,初步阐发了他后来在《资本论》中得到科学论证的一些重要思想。虽然《雇佣劳动与资本》分析的是资本主义的劳动关系,但它是为无产阶级和劳动人民服务的政治经济学,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。《雇佣劳动与资本》从生产关系的角度分析资本与雇佣劳动的本质问题为新时代研究劳动社会关系提供了重要的方法论指导,它蕴含的深邃思想不仅为新时代劳动关系的构建提供重要启迪,也为中国特色社会主义政治经济学的构建提供了重要的思想资源。In Wage Labor and Capital, Marx takes the relationships between capital and labor as the "axis". With the method of historical materialism scientifically, he analyses the opposite relationships between capital and wage labor and the essence of capitalist labor social relations deeply, which preliminarily expounds some important ideas that verified by scientific demonstration in Das Kapital later. Although the analysis of the capitalism is the relationship of labor, Wage Labor and Capital is a political economy for the service of the proletariat and the working people, which is significant both on theoretical value and practical significance. In Wage Labor and Capital, the analysis of the essence of the capital and the basic labor from the angle of production relations provides important methodological guidance for the research on social relations of labor in the new era. The deep thought of Wage Labor and Capital not only provides significant inspirations for the construction of the new age labor relations, but also provides important thought resources for the construction of the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
