摘 要:主要是针对某军配用新产品“低温一体化导电橡胶雷达箱盖板”(简称:导电橡胶盖板)的附着力低和抗盐雾腐蚀能力差进行工艺技术的专项研究。采用正交试验对导电橡胶配方进行优化设计,同时优化设计了底涂剂的配方并对喷涂工艺进行了改进。结果表明,通过以上工艺技术的应用,显著提高了导电橡胶与盖板的附着力,经推拉力计测试,推力5N时,2min内不会产生剥离现象;导电橡胶盖板经96小时的盐雾试验验证,抗盐雾腐蚀能力完全满足军工客户应用需求。The paper has carried on the special research on process technology,in the light of low adhesion and poor resistance to salt spray corrosion of low temperature integrated conductive rubber radar box cover(conductive rubber cover)一a new product for the army.The formula of conductive rubber was optimized by orthogonal test,at the same time,the formal of primer was optimized and the spraying process was improved.The results show:the adhesion between the conductive rubber and cover is significantly improved by adopting the above technology;after the push一pull test,when the thrust is 5N,there is no peeling phenomenon within 2 minutes;through 96 hours of salt spray test,resistance to salt spray corrosion fully meets the repuirements of military customers.
