摘 要:近年来高职学生生源质量下降,学生不擅长理论知识的学习,学习兴趣不高,需要思考新的教学模式。行动导向教学以行动为导向,以学生为中心,符合高职院校人才培养需要,学生的专业能力提升的同时,培养学生的社会能力和个人能力,有利于学生的长远自我发展。该文试探索其在高职《职业形象设计》课程中的运用,思考课程实施中出现的问题和对策,根据行动导向教学模式的要求,对课程的定位、学习目标、学习及组织形式、单元设计、教学方法、考核评价等方面进行应用探索,希望对高职的教学有一定的借鉴意义。In recent years,the quality of students in higher vocational colleges has declined.Students are not good at learning theoretical knowledge and are not interested in learning.We need to think about new teaching models.Action-oriented teaching is a kind of teaching model which is oriented by actions.It meets the needs of the students’ self development and talent cultivation target in higher vocational colleges as well as the social development.This paper tries to explore how it is applied in the course "Professional image design".This paper talks about the problems and countermeasures in the course implementation.According to the requirements of the action-oriented teaching model,this paper explores the reform of the course’s orientation,learning objectives,learning and organizational forms,unit design,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation,hoping to give some reference significance for higher vocational teaching.
