韩国私立大学办学经费筹集模式对我国民办高校的启示

摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展及政府对教育事业的大力支持,民办高校逐渐增多。在我国,民办高校是教育事业的一部分,属于公益性事业。目前,民办高校面临着资金缺口,筹资渠道单一等问题,严重制约着其发展。相比之下,韩国私立大学要优于我国的民办高校的教育质量,发展也比我国民办高校成熟。因此,该文旨在通过借鉴韩国私立大学经费筹集的多样化,对我国民办大学资金不足的问题提出获得政府资助、吸引社会捐赠、积极争取银行贷款、加大服务创收的建议。With the development of Chinese economy and the government’s strong support for education,private universities are gradually increasing.In our country,private universities are part of the educational cause and belong to public welfare undertakings.At present,private universities are facing the problems of fund shortage and single financing channels,which seriously restrict their development.In contrast,Korean private universities are superior to Chinese private universities in terms of educational quality and development.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from the diversification of Korean private university fund-raising,and put forward suggestions on the insufficiency of private university funds in China,such as obtaining government funding,attracting social donations,actively striving for bank loans,and increasing service income.
