高校大学生就业竞争力培养中辅导员的作用及工作路径探析

摘　　要：高校辅导员工作水平和能力的高低是决定大学生就业竞争力高低的关键因素。作为高校辅导员来说,应该在日常工作过程中,做好学生的思想工作,帮助学生形成正确的职业观,拓宽学生就业视野,促进大学生就业竞争力的稳步提升。基于此,文章主要是就高校辅导员对提升大学生就业竞争力的重要作用进行了分析与探讨。The work level and ability of college counselors are the key factors to determine the employment competitiveness of College students.As a college counselor,we should do a good job of students’ ideological work in the daily work process,help students form a correct career outlook,broaden students’ employment horizons,and promote the steady improvement of students’ employment competitiveness.Based on this,the article mainly analyses and discusses the important role of College Counselors in improving the employment competitiveness of College students.
