精细化护理应用于晚期肝硬化腹水患者伴下肢水肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察精细化护理应用于晚期肝硬化腹水患者伴下肢水肿的临床效果。方法选择在该院治疗的126例(入院时间为2017年9月-2018年10月)晚期肝硬化腹水伴下肢水肿患者,采取随机双盲法分为两组,每组63例,给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组精细化护理,对比两组水肿消退情况及护理满意度。结果经过相应护理后,观察组下肢水肿完全消退42例,部分消退18例,总有效率为95.24%,对照组为77.78%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.228,P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率为96.83%,对照组为80.95%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.036,P<0.05)。结论对晚期肝硬化腹水患者伴下肢水肿患者应用精细化护理有利于减轻水肿,提高患者满意程度,值得继续推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fine nursing in patients with advanced liver cirrhosis and ascites with lower extremity edema.Methods 126 patients with advanced liver cirrhosis with lower extremity edema treated in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:63 patients in each group were given routine nursing care and fine nursing care was given to the observation group.The regression of edema and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After corresponding nursing care,42 cases of lower extremity edema completely disappeared and 18 cases of partial regression in the observation group,the total effective rate was 95.24%,and that of the control group was 77.78%.The total satisfaction rate of nursing care was 96.83%in the observation group and 80.95%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(χ2=8.036,P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing care is beneficial to reduce edema and improve the satisfaction of patients with lower extremity edema in patients with advanced liver cirrhosis and ascites,and it is worth popularizing.
