大学生创业价值观冲突及其思想引导研究

摘　　要：在大力发展创新创业的时代背景下,虽然高校大多开设有学生职业生涯规划、就业指导、创业指导等课程,但部分创业大学生仍面临着物质价值与精神价值相冲突、理想主义与创业现实相冲突、当前生存与长远发展相冲突等困惑。青年大学生在创业过程中的自我需要和遇到的问题可能不尽相同,而通过引导、鼓励、纠正等大学生创业教育形式则可以较好地发挥其积极的思想引导作用、培育大学生正确的价值观和发挥服务社会的功能。该文以思想政治教育为研究视角,探索在大学生创业价值观受到冲突时如何通过思想引导的方式帮助创业者树立创业精神和提高自身创业能力,提出了优化课程内容、强化引导的载体形式和改善大学生创业价值观引导机制等策略。In developing innovative entrepreneurial background,while most colleges and universities runs student career planning and employment guidance teaching entrepreneurship courses,such as part of the business college students are still facing material value and spirit value conflict with idealism and reality conflict is in conflict with the current survival and long-term development of confused young college students in the process of entrepreneurial ego needs and problems can vary,and college students'entrepreneurship education such as a guide to encourage correct form can better play to its positive thoughts guide to foster college students'correct values and the function of social service From the perspective of ideological and political education,this paper explores how to help entrepreneurs establish entrepreneurship spirit and improve their entrepreneurial ability through ideological guidance when college students'entrepreneurial values are in conflict,and puts forward strategies such as optimizing course content,strengthening guidance carrier form and improving the guidance mechanism of college students'entrepreneurial values.
