摘  要:为实现高炉冷却系统均匀供水的目标,采用数值模拟的方法,从供水结构的角度重点对单个进水口的均匀性、多个进水口的均匀性和不同进水口角度的均匀性进行了分析。数值模拟结果表明:①分流管有均匀分流的作用,通过多次均匀分流可以提高冷却壁直冷管中的水量的均匀性;②增大进水口角度使得供水结构的均匀性升高,内层横向分流管可以改成竖直分流管。认为“一圈横向分流管+—圈纵向分流管结构”是理论上合理的供水方式。Numerical simulation method is adopted to analyze the water supply homogeneity with respect to the structure of supply components,especially the supply homogeneity in case of single inlet,multiple inlets and different inlet angles.The numerical simulation results show that:①the parallelly connected pipe enables homogeneous water shunting,and multiple stages of constant shunting may improve homogeneity of water flow inside direct water cooling pipe of cooling stave;②increase of water inlet angle is another approach to improve the supply homogeneity of the supply component structure,of which the inner horizontal shunting pipe can be changed to vertical one.It is believed that"one ring of horizontal shunting pipe+one ring of vertical shunting pipe"is a reasonable water supply solution theoretically.
