三七血伤宁胶囊联合甲羟孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三七血伤宁胶囊联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取2017年4月-2018年4月在聊城市第二人民医院治疗的功能失调性子宫出血患者86例,根据用药的差别分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例)。对照组口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片,4mg/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服三七血伤宁胶囊,0.8g/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗10 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者出血控制时间、完全止血时间、血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平,以及SAS、SDS和GQOLI-74评分。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为81.40%,显著低于治疗组的97.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者在出血控制时间和完全止血时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者E2、FSH、LH水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SAS评分和SDS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),而GQOLI-74评分显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者这些评分明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三七血伤宁胶囊联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗DUB止血效果好,可有效改善性激素水平,改善患者负面情绪,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sanqi Xueshangning Capsules combined with medroxyprogesterone in treatment of functional uterine hemorrhage. Methods Patients(86 cases) with functional uterine hemorrhage in the Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into control(43 cases) and treatment(43 cases) groups according to different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets, 4 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Sanqi Xueshangning Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.8 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the time of bleeding control and complete hemostasis, serum levels of E2, FSH, LH, SAS, SDS, and GQOLI-74 scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.40%, which was significantly lower than 97.67% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of bleeding control and complete hemostasis in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of E2, FSH and LH in two groups were significantly reduced(P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), GQOLI-74 scores were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Sanqi Xueshangning Capsules combined with medroxyprogesterone has good hemostatic effect on functional uterine hemorrhage, can effectively improve the level of sex hormones, improve the negative emotions and the quality of life.
