摘 要:学龄前儿童正处在生长发育的关键时期,而儿童早期饮食行为问题的发生会给儿童后期带来诸多的健康风险。近年来,学龄前儿童的饮食行为问题这一话题越来越受到众多学者的广泛关注,但是目前报道的有关学龄前儿童饮食行为问题的流行状况和影响因素的相关研究结果与结论存在较大差异。因此,本文拟从学龄前儿童饮食行为问题的定义、流行状况、评价工具、影响因素以及干预措施这几个方面进行综述,以便为其他学者开展类似研究提供参考。Objective Preschool children are in a critical period of growth and development, and the occurrence of eating behavior problems in early childhood will bring many health risks to later childhood.In recent years, the topic of eating behavior problems of preschool children has been paid more and more attention by many scholars.However, there are huge differences in the results and conclusions about the prevalence and influencing factor in the reported studies on eating behavior problems of preschool children.Therefore, this paper was performed to review the definition, prevalence, evaluation tools, influencing factors and intervention measures of eating behavior problems in preschool children, in order to provide evidence for the later research.
