临床路径在拇外翻患者围手术期护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的临床路径在拇外翻患者围手术期护理中的应用价值分析。方法选取在该院2017年6-2018年12月进行治疗的拇外翻患者60例,随机分为常规护理的对照组以及临床路径护理的研究组各30例,经过护理干预之后,比较两组患者住院时间、护理满意度以及进行AOFAS评分。结果对照组住院时间为(9.46±3.11)d,研究组住院时间为(5.78±2.50)d;对照组护理满意度为80.00%(24/30)、研究组护理满意度为93.33%(28/30),AOFAS评分经过护理干预之后都有所提高,且研究组明显高于对照组。结论临床路径护理拇外翻患者,能够缩短治愈时间、患者满意度高,值得临床推广使用。Objective Application value analysis of clinical pathway in perioperative nursing of patients with hallux valgus. Methods 60 cases of patients with hallux valgus treated from June 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group of routine nursing and the research group of clinical pathway nursing,30 cases each. After nursing intervention, the length of stay, nursing satisfaction and AOFAS score of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time of the control group and the research group was(9.46±3.11)d、(5.78±2.50)d, nursing satisfaction was 80%(24), 93.33%(28), AOFAS score was improved after nursing intervention, and the research group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing for patients with hallux valgus can shorten the healing time and improve patients’ satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application1.
