足反射法治疗54例子宫肌瘤临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究足反射法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法于2018年3月-2019年2月期间择取该院妇科收治的54例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受足反射法治疗,记录患者临床疗效。结果经过治疗后,治愈总有效率为90.74%;患者接受治疗后孕酮水平明显上升,而垂体催乳素和睾酮水平则显著下降,先后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者接受治疗后子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积均下降,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用足反射法治疗子宫肌瘤疗效较好,值得在临床中进行推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of foot reflex in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods From March2018 to February 2019,54 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the department of gynaecology of our hospital were selected as research objects. All patients received foot reflex therapy and the clinical efficacy was recorded. Results After treatment,the total cure rate was 90.74%.After treatment, progesterone level was significantly increased,while pituitary prolactin and testosterone levels were significantly decreased, with statistically significant differences(P <0.05). After treatment, the uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume of the patients decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of foot reflex method in the treatment of uterine fibroids has a good effect and is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
