下肢静脉血栓集束化护理在小儿股骨干骨折下肢皮牵引中的应用

摘　　要：目的对小儿股骨干骨折下肢皮牵引中使用下肢静脉血栓集束化护理产生的临床效果进行分析。方法在该院筛选出82例小儿骨干骨折行下肢皮牵引患儿,时间选为2017年8月-2018年8月,使用抽签法对82例患儿进行分组,分为两组,各41例。实施常规护理为对照组,实施下肢静脉血栓集束化护理为实验组,观察两组护理后的临床效果及并发症发生率。结果两组护理总有效率分析,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率对比,实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉血栓集束化护理对于小儿股骨干骨折皮牵引中具有良好的护理效果,降低了并发症发生率,增加了治疗安全性,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cluster nursing of lower limb venous thrombosis in pediatric femoral shaft fracture by lower limb skin traction. Methods Eighty-two children with lower extremity skin traction for diaphyseal fracture were selected in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018. Eighty-two children were divided into two groups by drawing lots, 41 in each group.Results Routine nursing was used as the control group, and cluster nursing for lower extremity venous thrombosis was used as the experimental group. The clinical effect and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Lower extremity venous thrombosis cluster nursing has a good nursing effect for pediatric femoral shaft fracture skin traction, reduces the incidence of complications, increases the safety of treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
