摘　　要：随着新形势下我国经济结构不断转型,大学生就业形势也发生了深刻变化。在保就业就是保民生的精神指导下,如何根据现阶段高校面临的就业压力找出针对性解决办法是当前高校就业工作所要着力解决的重点问题。该研究从实际出发探索当前大学生就业存在的主要问题,从宏观和微观两个方面进行原因分析,并从高等教育供给侧改革、完善教学计划和课程体系、树立创业价值观、加强校企联动等四个方面尝试性地提出解决办法。With the continuous transformation of China’s economic structure under the new situation, the employment situation of college students has also undergone profound changes. Under the guidance of the spirit that ensuring employment is ensuring people’s livelihood, how to find out targeted solutions according to the employment pressure faced by colleges and universities at the present stage is the key problem to be solved in the current employment work of colleges and universities. This paper explores the main problems existing in the employment of college students from the practical point of view, analyzes the reasons from the macro and micro aspects, and tries to put forward solutions from the four aspects of higher education supply-side reform, improving the teaching plan and curriculum system, establishing entrepreneurial values, and strengthening the school-enterprise linkage.
