摘　　要：高等院校作为创新性人才培养的重要阵地,其创新教育的科学性和系统性对于创新性人才的培养具有重要的影响。该文以高校创新项目和竞赛为依托进行大学生创新能力的培养和实践研究,分析不同阶段本科生特质,探索阶段性、渐进性、科学性和系统性的创新能力培养方案,结合竞赛和创新性项目的开展反复运用和实践,获得的成效为高校创新教育提供了参考。As an important position for the cultivation of innovative talents,the scientific and systematic nature of innovation education has an important influence on the cultivation of innovative talents.Based on the innovation projects and competitions of colleges and universities,this paper conducts research on the cultivation and practice of college studentsz innovation ability,analyzes the characteristics of undergraduates at different stages,and explores innovative ability training programs that are phased,gradual,scientific,and systematic.Combined with the development of competition and innovative projects,the results obtained provide reference for innovative education in colleges and universities.
