摘　　要：珠三角与香港之间的金融合作在粤港澳大湾区建设之后得到了新的机遇。作为全球人民币业务离岸枢纽以及国际金融中心,香港具有不可替代的重要优势。通过对横琴、南沙以及前海自贸区建设的优势,进一步进行内地业务发展空间的拓展,促进内地金融业的开放与改革。通过对“深港澳”促进香港资本市场辐射能力的充分利用,很大程度上对深圳与香港之间资本市场的融合与发展起到了显著的推动作用。The financial cooperation between Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong has gained new opportunities after Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's construction.As an offshore hub of global RMB business and an in・ternational financial center,Hong Kong has irreplaceable and important advantages.Through the advantages of Hengqin,Nansha and Qianhai Free Trade Zone construction,we can further expand the business development space in the mainland and promote the opening and reform of the financial industry in the mainland.To a large extent,Shenzhen,Hong Kong and Macao have played a significant role in promoting the integration and development of the capital market between Shenzhen and Hong Kong by promoting the full use of the radiation capacity of the capital market in Hong Kong.
