摘　　要：该文以众创空间发展对大学生创新创业实践与成果转化的影响及策略分析,通过对众创空间的现状分析,提出大学生创新创业实践与成果转化存在的问题,从众创空间的发展、校企合作政府政策支持等方面提出相应的对策建议。Based on the analysis of the influence and strategy of the development of mass-creation space on university students'innovation and entrepreneurship practice and achievement transformation,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the practice and achievement transformation of College Students'innovation and entrepreneurship through the analysis of the current situation of mass-creation space,and puts forward corresponding suggestions from the development of mass-creation space and the government policy support of school-enterprise cooperation.Suggestions and countermeasures.
