Effect of Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot System and Weight-loss Treadmill Training on Walking Ability and Gait of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

摘  要:目的分析下肢康复机器人系统和减重平板训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行能力及步态的影响。方法将该院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的70例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为研究组和常规组,各35例。常规组给予常规的康复训练,研究组给予下肢康复机器人系统和减重平板训练。对比两组干预后的步行能力以及步态情况。结果训练后,研究组的步行功能较常规组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练前,两组的步态评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,研究组的步态评分较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者给予下肢康复机器人系统和减重平板训练的应用效果良好,促进了患者的康复,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effects of lower limb rehabilitation robot system and weight-loss treadmill training on walking ability and gait of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Seventy patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into study group and routine group according to lottery method, with 35 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine rehabilitation training, while the research group was given lower limb rehabilitation robot system and weight-loss treadmill training. The walking ability and gait of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results After training, the walking function of the study group was better than that of the routine group(P<0.05). Before training, there was no difference in gait score between the two groups(P> 0.05);after training, the gait score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of lower limb rehabilitation robot system and weight-loss treadmill training for stroke patients with hemiplegia has good effect, which promotes the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of promotion.
